This post will present Orientation Correction and Iris Fixation of an Inverted and Subluxated Intraocular Lens
This is a 65-year-old female patient who had a complicated cataract surgery 2 months ago. The subluxated 3-piece IOL was also placed inverted. The surgeon performed iris-IOL fixation using a single-pass 4-throw suture technique.
